What Will Survive?

(Above: Mercury turns direct, Full Moon in Gemini)

You have to be feeling it. Something just isn’t the same anymore.

Things we took for granted and that made sense, no longer make sense. This can be bewildering, and you might even think something is wrong with you.

Nothing is wrong with you. You’re just a little ahead of the curve as the future enters into us before it comes to pass — to ready us, as nature is generally kind like that.

What’s going on is that an entirely new dream for the inhabitants of this planet is being birthed. It is going to have little to do with the old dream, which was and is still currently defined by: isolation, control, fear, transaction, scarcity, and top-down rule (aka patriarchy).

Any personal or collective operating system encoded by these qualities will fall. Quite literally. There will be some destructive elements in the years that lie ahead and, again, is why we are being prepared for it now.

Now is a great time to divest. Opt out, and forge new pathways. Think about Noah building an arc and those who ridiculed him.

Build your arc.

This author can’t advise you further. These eyes cannot see what exactly is to come.

What is certain though is that our status quo will be no more.

What will survive this great turning of the tides? Common sense will get us close to the answer, as well as lived experience when the time comes.

The ability to let go and adapt will be paramount, if not a survival strategy itself.

What results in: connection, community, creativity, connection to Mother Nature, love, understanding and cooperation, giving, kindness, and eco sustainability (to name a few) will no doubt be supported by the new that is to come, and forming now beneath our feet.

Observe your dreams and the silent whispers of your heart. Now is not the time to worry about your retirement plan and what is to be of the economy and stock market. These things will undergo severe transformation.

Concern yourself with building new and aligning yourself to the rising tide.

For starters: find your people and start living life together. We’ve done it before. It’s the natural way.

And how about this? Be kind. You don’t need to compete. There’s enough to go around. Get to know your enemies. They have stories worth listening to.

Lastly, meditate, in whatever form suits you. This transition is not easy. Not everybody will survive it being so absolutely tied to the old dream, they will be frightened and run away from safety.

Staying grounded is key and in tune with nature’s undulating rhythms.

It can be a good time! We are in this together. 🐼
