Happiness costs nothing.

Because you already have it.

But, as dirt on a glass lens obscures clear vision, so does dirt on our heart obscure the free flow of happiness.

Results of the world show us what happens when we keep adding to find happiness—it keeps slipping away.

If anything, remove.

You can start with all unnecessary possessions. Then move onto eating habits. Then move onto social engagements and entertainment. Then move onto desire. Then move onto the concept of “I.”

You peel away to find the fruit.

I speak from Silence.
