One Breathe at a Time

Every so often, the challenges and struggles stack up one on top of the other, almost but not quite reaching the point of total melt down.

Laundry, similarly, has a violent spin cycle. What is the purpose of this cycle? To remove dirt.

The point is not to attempt to think through and solve each problem but to relax and observe. Valuable information, not previously accessible, is being given to you for you to possibly make new considerations.

It's not a pleasant experience, nor meant to be. Pain has an acute way of garnering our full attention. And it's full attention that is required to move forward in a more constructive, more truthful manner.

While we can't stop the cycle, we can surrender to it, which means to internally shift from thinking there is an urgent problem to solve to letting things work out on their own, which they no doubt will in time.
