Integrity Leads to Sacrifice

As self-realization (knowledge of Who You Are) increases, values become clear.

As values become clear, sense of right and wrong becomes clear.

As sense of right and wrong becomes clear, integrity becomes established.

Integrity will, without fail, lead you to sacrifice, or renunciation. Sacrifice means letting go of things, perhaps quite abruptly, that no longer agree with your internal sense of right wrong.

This can be hard in today's world that heavily favors conformity—looking the same way, thinking the same way, and, generally, not making too much of a ruffle.
