The one (and only) reality

Now.
Here.
It doesn't get any simpler than that.
It doesn't get any more complex.
The time is now.
It is always and will always be now.
Past and future have no reality outside of now (you think of both now) and exist only to escape the potentially scary realization that there is no time, there is no beginning and no end.
You are here.
Not somewhere else (how would that be possible?)
Not just in a physical location on Earth.
But occupying a physical body, having an unchanging experience of a world that changes daily.
The words are meant to point to who and what you are.
