Should & Effort vs. Know & Flow

Which are you coming from?

Should and effort means you are in your head, calculating, often trying to manage the perceptions that others have of you.

"I should do this." Then you effort to do something. Stress is the result.

Ever wonder why they are called shoulders, why they hurt so much? You're trying to hard to be something or someone.

When you know, you act, you're in the flow. You are not thinking. You are in the moment, in the now, in your body, coming from the heart. You are yourself. This is an effortless state (the state of Nature).

Magic happens—watch some clips of Michael Jordan or Michael Jackson for inspiration.

You don't need to think more to solve your problems, you need to think less.

In other words, dumb it down a notch.

Act from knowing, from impulse.

BE creative.

BE spontaneous.

Don't worry about what others may think, they're as freaked as you are about what you're thinking of them.
