First thing to do is bookmark this site in your browser and check back every other day or so for new pieces. My posting schedule is not fixed but typically I post every other day and at least once in a week.
Better yet, subscribe via RSS and receive new content automatically in your favorite feed reader without coming here. What is RSS? Watch this video for an explanation.
Or, you can subscribe via email to receive an email in your inbox automatically when new content has been posted. You'll only be mailed when new content has been posted and you won't receive any other kind of mail beyond the articles. You can unsubscribe at any time in any of the mails that you receive.
(This is a good option if you're on your smartphone a lot.)
All articles are also published to my Facebook and Twitter accounts, so connect with me there if that's your preferred avenue.
How to read the articles
Not all of the articles will be for you. The one's that are though, it's helpful to print them and come back to them a few times over the period of a few days (or more)—the articles have an alive quality to them and can continue to benefit you over time.
There is a link to print at the end of each to make it easy for you. To be more green, use a service like Evernote to clip the article, which you can then send to other devices like smartphones and iPads.

Sometimes you'll read an article and think of a friend or family member who might benefit from reading it. You can easily share it with them by hitting the email article link at the end of any post.

You can also easily share articles to popular social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ by clicking the share article link at the end of a post.

This is a small site, so posts don't get that many comments, if at all (again, I write to an audience of one). If you want to leave a comment, click on the post comment link at the end of any post. I always enjoy reading your thoughts and typically will respond.
